Who is the MAC?

The Tooting Commons Management Advisory Committee meets approximately every 6 weeks to discuss issues that affect all users of Tooting Bec and Tooting Graveney commons.
It is made up of local residents and representatives of local societies, clubs and groups

One of the objectives of the MAC is to "promote public interest and participation in the protection and appreciation of the commons".

The two main roles of the "Friends of Tooting Commons" will be to:

1) Raise and hold funds from sources that Wandsworth Council could not obtain funding from to spend on suitable projects.

2) Increase public involvement in the work of the MAC.
